Replacement Policy

Replacement of a product is allowed only under the following conditions:
  • Replacement requests will be accepted only if the product is defective or physically damaged, and the issue is reported within 24 hours of delivery, along with a clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video as proof.
  • A replacement with a fresh unit may be provided if the customer establishes that the product delivered is not in proper condition, provided the request is raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • In case of damaged or defective items, customers must report the issue to our support team.
  • All replacement requests are subject to verification and approval by the ARNA team.
  • The decision regarding replacement is generally communicated to the customer within 3 days of receiving the returned product.
  • If the product received differs from what is shown on the website or does not match the specifications, the customer must notify our support team within 24 hours of delivery. ARNA will review the complaint and take an appropriate decision.
  • For approved replacements, the entire product package, including all accessories and original packaging, must be returned. The pickup will be arranged by ARNA.
  • In cases where all replacement conditions are met but the selected product is out of stock, ARNA reserves the right to issue a refund instead of a replacement.
  • Returned products must be unused, unwashed, unaltered, and in original condition.
  • ARNAโ€™s decision shall be final and binding, subject to applicable laws.
Replacement Will NOT Be Provided in the Following Cases:
  • Customer dissatisfaction based on personal quality perception, size change requests, or exchange of a defect-free product
  • Physical damage not reported within 24 hours of delivery
  • Damage caused by the customer during or after unboxing
  • Missing, unclear, edited, or incomplete unboxing video proof

Cancellation Policy

We strive to support our customers wherever possible; however, cancellations are governed by the following conditions:

  • Cancellation requests will not be entertained once the order has been processed or shipped.
  • Minor variations in color, print, or size between website images and the actual product are natural due to screen resolution and printing limitations and do not qualify for cancellation.
  • No cancellations are allowed for orders placed under Customized or Bulk Order categories.
  • Orders placed for special or limited-occasion products are non-cancellable.
  • Cancellation requests will not be accepted if incorrect details, images, or specifications are provided by the customer for customized products after the order has been placed.

Product Pricing

  • All product prices listed on the website are current price. While every effort is made to ensure accuracy, pricing or typographical errors may occur; ARNA reserves the right to cancel an order if an incorrect price is displayed. In such cases, a paid amount will refunded
  • Due to differences in screen resolution, color calibration, printing processes, material texture, and customization, minor variations in color, size, alignment, or print output are inherent and shall not be considered defects.
  • Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
  • All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (INR).
  • The 48-hour dispatch policy applies only to in-stock products. Customized or made-to-order items are excluded from this timeline and are dispatched as per the timelines communicated at the time of order confirmation.
  • For international cards, exchange rates and bank charges are governed by the issuing bank. ARNA holds no responsibility for such charges.
  • Orders are billed at the price applicable at the time of payment and invoice generation.
  • Promotional pricing, discount codes, or coupons may be withdrawn or restricted in cases of misuse or abuse.
  • Product images are for representation purposes only; slight variations in color or design may occur.
  • Offers are valid for a limited period only, as mentioned on the website.
  • Bulk pricing and B2B pricing may vary based on quantity and customization.
  • All applicable GST charges are included as per Indian regulations.

Out-of-Stock Situations

  • We make every effort to ensure that all products listed on the website are available for dispatch.
  • In rare cases where a product becomes unavailable after order placement, ARNA will process a full refund.
Delivery of Products
  • Products are shipped from ARNA or third-party warehouses across India.
  • Estimated delivery time is 7โ€“15 business days from receipt of payment, depending on delivery location.
  • ARNA is primarily engaged in product design, branding, and quality standards. Manufacturing, printing, and fulfilment of products may be carried out by third-party vendors or partners. ARNA shall not be deemed the manufacturer unless expressly stated, and liability, where applicable, shall be limited in accordance with these Terms & Conditions.
  • Dispatch and delivery timelines may be impacted due to temporary operational pauses, inventory audits, system upgrades, staff unavailability, or scheduled business closures. Such delays shall not be considered a breach of these Terms & Conditions.
  • Deliveries are usually made between 10:30 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday, via third-party courier or logistics partners.
  • Orders must be signed for upon delivery. ARNA is not responsible for delivery acknowledged by someone other than the customer.
  • ARNA is not responsible for incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
  • Dispatch or delivery timelines may be affected during festivals, strikes, natural calamities, lockdowns, or other force majeure events. In such cases, customers are requested to cooperate, and refunds or cancellations may not be entertained.
  • ARNA operates Monday to Saturday. Dispatch timelines for in-stock products exclude weekends, public holidays, and unforeseen disruptions.
  • ARNA is not liable for any damage occurring after delivery.
  • Any claims regarding shortages or damages must be reported on the day of delivery and noted on the Proof of Delivery.
  • If tracking shows โ€œDeliveredโ€ but the product is not received, the issue must be reported within 24 hours.
  • For non-serviceable PIN codes, customers are requested to contact us directly. We will attempt delivery using available resources.
  • If an order is undelivered or returned to origin, โ‚น199 will be deducted, and the remaining amount will be refunded. This applies only to non-customized products.

General / Legal

  • ARNAโ€™s liability, if any, shall be limited to the value of the product purchased.
  • All disputes shall be governed by the laws of India and subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts at Rajkot, Gujarat.

  • Refunds, where applicable, shall be processed within a maximum period of 29 days, subject to verification and payment gateway timelines.

  • Customized Orders โ€“ Legal Responsibility: Customers are solely responsible for ensuring that all designs, logos, images, text, or other content provided for customized orders do not infringe any copyright, trademark, or intellectual property rights. ARNA shall not be liable for any infringement arising from customer-provided content. In the event of any notice, inquiry, or directive from a legal or government authority, ARNA is authorized to disclose relevant customer and order details as required under applicable law.
  • Entity Definition & Reference: For the purpose of these Terms & Conditions, Terms of Use, Privacy Policy, and all other policies published on this website, the terms โ€œwe,โ€ โ€œus,โ€ โ€œour,โ€ โ€œARNA,โ€ โ€œARNAHQ,โ€ โ€œarnahq.com,โ€ and โ€œARNA Corporationโ€ shall collectively and individually refer to ARNA Corporation, the sole legal entity that owns, operates, and manages this website and its related services.

Delivery Charges

  • Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.
  • Shipping charges Rs 99 levied on orders below Rs 499.

Replacement of a product is allowed only under the following circumstances:

  • The customer can replace the product unit received within 7 days from the date of delivery and get a replacement unit delivered to the customer.
  • Replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the product delivered in defective condition or has a physical damage within 24 hours of receipt of the product
  • Replacement with a fresh box unit can be provided to the customer if the customer establishes that the product delivered is not functioning properly within 7 days from the date of delivery.
  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our website support team. The request will, however, be entertained once a boAt team member has checked and determined the same at his own end. This is typically reported back to the customer within 24 hours of receipt of the products by Arna.
  • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per the specifications, you must bring it to the notice of our website support team within 24 hours of receiving the product. The website support team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
  • In case of replacement, the whole product package with the product and its accessories intact will be picked up by the courier boy arranged by us.ย 

A product will not be replaced under the following circumstances:

    • Customer is not happy with the look/sound quality of a defect free product
    • Physical damage not notified within 24 hours of receiving the product
    • An electrical surge or any damage caused by the user.

Please see that no return or refund shall be provided. However, the customer can replace the product unit received within 7 days from the date of delivery and get a replacement.

Cancellation Policy

We believe in helping our customers as far as possible, and has therefore a liberal cancellation policy. However, under this policy:

  • Cancellations request will not be entertained if the orders have already been communicated to the customers and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
  • There is no cancellation of orders placed under the Same Day Delivery category.
  • No cancellations are entertained for those products that have been obtained on special occasions. (These are limited occasion offers and therefore cancellations are not possible.)

  • Product prices listed on the website are current. While every care has been taken to label the products accurately, errors in data entry and updating may occur. We reserve the right to cancel the order incase a transaction has been made where the price indicated was not the correct price. In the rare event that happens, we will give a full refund of all money received from the customer.

  • All prices on this web site in Indian Rupees. For international cards used on the site, the banks applicable exchange rate and charges will apply. We have no jurisdiction on this and any disputes or queries on exchange rates and bank charges need to be directed to the bank or institution that issued your card or payment instrument
  • All orders are acknowledged at current pricing. We will bill at price in effect at the time of receipt of money and raising of an invoice.
  • Our products are liable for GST in India.

Out of Stock situations
  • Our endeavour is to ensure that all products listed on the site are available in stock for dispatch to the buyer. However, in case the same is not available for any reason, we are liable to process the refund.
Delivery of products
  • Purchases are shipped from our own or third-party warehouses/ stores or offices from various points in India. Our endeavor is to make the products reach you within 7-10 Business days from receipt of order and payment depending on the address for delivery.
  • Order deliveries will be made by our own staff or third-party courier and logistics companies or Postal Services usually between 10.30 am โ€“ 7 pm Monday โ€“Saturday.
  • Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. We take no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person other than the person ordering the product at the address indicated at the time of the order.
  • Since the transactions are authorised by the card holder, we do not take responsibility for incorrect addresses provided at the time of placing the order
  • We are not responsible for damage of products after delivery.
  • All claims, if any, for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service on the day of delivery through the contact us page on the web store. Also, the said shortage of goods needs be highlighted and signed on the Proof of delivery copy and returned to the delivery person.
  • In case your order has not been delivered but is reflecting โ€œDeliveredโ€ on the tracker, please highlight it within 24 hours or else we will not be able to process your request.
  • If a product is undelivered or returned to its origin, customers are entitled to receive a full refund. This condition is applicable only on products without any custom engraving.
